The ACLP recently submitted to the NY PSC in its docket regarding the Commission’s Broadband Study and Mapping Pursuant to the Broadband Connectivity Act. They are available here.

As an overview, the comments draw from the most recent FCC data to show that broadband availability in the state is robust due to continued investment by and competition among private ISPs. The comments also leverage recent Census data to highlight remaining challenges on the demand side.
